Moxie Labs Inc. ("Moxie") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Account information: name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; we receive only a token and the last four digits for receipts.
- Usage data: anonymous information about how you interact with our apps (e.g. features used, crash reports) to help us improve the product.
- Content: anything you create or upload through the Services.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
- To process payments and send transactional emails (receipts, renewal notices);
- To respond to support requests;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Services (e.g. Stripe for payments, hosting providers, email delivery);
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights;
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing privacy@moxieapps.io.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We are based in the United States and may process your information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
